I am absolutely speechless. I bought two scoops of ice cream for € 1.30 each, i.e. € 2.60 and paid € 3.60 so that the employee only has to give out € 1. Unfortunately, I was initially returned € 0.50, then only € 0.40. When I tried to point out the mistake to the employees, it was denied. In the end I was accused of lying. The staff were very rude and unreasonable about their own wrongdoing. I am seriously disappointed and will not shop here anymore !! Better buy your ice cream in a more competent ice cream parlor!

Outstanding ice cream, best one I've tried in Passau. Very fresh and lots of variety, but the plain "cream ice cream" (Sahne Eis) is my favourite.

We were there around 8pm last week and wanted another ice cream. (According to the Internet until 10 p.m. opening hours)The waitresses were all tidying up, all types of ice cream were already without the respective labels, so that you didn't know which type of ice cream was. After the carnival parade, the ice cream parlor was discovered. The ice was a dream. The ice cream already looks delicious in the presentation. The ice cream parlor has a great atmosphere and is totally clean. The service is also very friendly. Actually you would have to give 6 stars here.
